Frequently Asked Questions


Orders

You can place an order by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button on any product page. You can then proceed to checkout to complete your order, providing delivery information and submitting secure payment by any of our accepted payment methods.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

We also accept PayPal, ClearPay, ShopPay, Android Pay and Apple Pay.

Generally orders are unable to be changed once they have been placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the 'Contact Us' form and we will do our best to help.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order once it has been placed.

Orders will only be despatched once all items in your order become available.

If you require items in your order to be despatched immediately, please place a separate order for the items you need.

Shipping

We despatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding any public Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 3PM will be despatched the next working day.

Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been despatched.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible using the 'Contact Us' form and we will do our best to help.

Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address on orders paid using PayPal. These orders must be refunded and resubmitted by you with the correct delivery information.
