Shipping & Returns Information

We despatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding any public Bank Holidays.

For next day delivery, the order must be placed before our 3pm daily cut-off. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday prior to the 3pm cut-off will be delivered on Saturday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and despatched on the next working day which is normally a Monday, excluding and public Bank Holidays.

We offer no delivery or processing of orders on public Bank Holidays, and your delivery time will subsequently be impacted. In this situation, please allow at least one additional day for delivery to be made.

All delivery times offered are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Please note that any changes made while the order is in transit including changes to the delivery address may cause additional delays to your delivery date.

Any requests to have your order left in a safe place or to change the delivery address are done so at your own risk. You agree to take full responsibility and liability for any loss or damage to the parcel or its contents.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange, less original shipping costs. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact us using the form available in the 'Contact Us' section of our website to obtain approval for your return. After we have approved your return, mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and the products themselves until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to mail your return to ensure its safe arrival.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

Our team work very quickly. If you have placed and order and not yet received it please get in touch using the 'contact us' form, alternatively you can reach us by emailing info@jcchair.com and a member of our team will be in touch to help.

In the rare instance where your order reaches you in a less than perfect condition we will make this right for you as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional customer experience and we will endeavor to resolve these situations expediently.

To help us get this resolved, please take clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging of your order as it was delivered
  • Any damages incurred to the product(s) inside.

Please send us an email including your order reference number and the photos of the order condition to info@jcchair.com. We will aim to replace any damaged products as quickly as possible.
